Srinagar: In a major tragedy seven labourers hailing from Uri of district Baramulla have lost their lives under a landslide in district Rudraprayag Utrakhand.
SSP Baramulla Imtiyaz Hussain said that one labourer is missing whereas seven have been confirmed dead. He added that he was in touch with the Utrakhand Police.
The deceased have been identified as Bilal Ahmad, Sabir Ahmad, Abdul Rashid Sheikh, Imtiyaz Ahmad, Mushtaq Ahmad, Zahoor Hamid Sheikh, Gulzar Ahmad.
