Bodies of two soldiers mutilated by Pakistan: Army

Srinagar/May,1:  Army on Monday said that the bodies of two of its soldiers killed in an attack along the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir were “mutilated” by Pakistan army “in an un-soldierly act”.

“Pakistan army carried out unprovoked rocket and mortar firing on two forward posts on the line of control in Krishna Ghati sector,” said a statement, issued by Northern Army command today.

“Simultaneously, a BAT action was launched on a patrol operating in between the two posts. In an unsoldierly act by the Pak army, the bodies of two of our soldiers in the patrol were mutilated.”

The army warned that they will avenge the Pak army action.

“Such despicable act of Pakistan army will be appropriately responded,” added the statement
