Srinagar /Nov, 23 : Mirwaiz and Molvi Umar Farooq dared National Conference and Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) to join resistance struggle keeping in view the fact that even betrayal of their own people for seventy long years could not earn them trust of New Delhi.
Taking to micro blogging social networking site twitter Mirwaiz wrote “NC PDP despite doing New Delhi’s biddings, at the cost of betraying their own people have not been able to earn New Delhi’s trust. After 70 years of loyalty & servitude branded as Pakistan agents and terror supporters by Indian state! Wonder if the realisation of the struggle and sacrifices of their own people for deciding their destiny ever hits them, and they give up practicing the politics of sheer opportunism and self interest and have the courage to join in”.
