Secy School Education for innovative teaching methods to improve student engagement

Jammu: The two-day teachers training workshop concluded at SRML Higher Secondary School Jammu on Tuesday wherein participants were imparted innovative techniques.
Resource persons including representatives from Generation Global Sandhya Gupta and Emily Laurie besides Tara Bedi from Instagram detailed the innovative teaching techniques during the workshop organized by the School Education Department in collaboration with Generation Global.
In the concluding session, Secretary School Education Department Ajeet Kumar Sahu interacted with the participants and hoped that they will incorporate it into their day-to-day teaching and learning process.
Sahu impressed upon the teaching fraternity to engage children in objective learning through latest teaching-learning methods to improve the quality of education.
Earlier, Director School Education, Jammu Rakesh Kumar Srangal formally inaugurated the workshop in presence of Special Secretary School Education Department M.H. Mir, Joint Director Choudhary Mohammad Latief and Principal SRML Higher Secondary School, Jammu Shafqat JavedChib.
Certificates were also given to the participants by the Secretary School Education.
In his inaugural address, Director School Education Jammu called upon the teachers to take full benefit of the program.
