Jammu : Advocate General D C Raina and Law Secretary, Abdul Majid Bhat Saturday reviewed the pace of ongoing work of Advocate General’s Office at High Court Complex here in Jammu.
They instructed the JKPCC Engineers to prepare a new DPR for the furnishing and furniture component for the said infrastructure.
During the meeting, directions were passed to reschedule the deadline for the completion of the project to November 30th, 2018. Earlier, the deadline was fixed as October 31. GM, JKPCC, Javed Iqbal assured the chair for the timely completion of the work.
Advocate General and Law Secretary also visited the Director Litigation Office and asked the concerned agencies to prepare a comprehensive plan for enhancing the infrastructure of the said complex.
Later, Law Secretary along with JKPCC team inspected the under-constructed new Legislature complex and took stock of ongoing work of the mega project.
The Law Secretary directed the executing agencies not to compromise on the quality of work. He directed all allied agencies to work in close coordination so that the work shall be completed in stipulated time and further stressed on close monitoring of the work.
