Srinagar/Oct, 9: Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) on Tuesday called upon the people to observe complete shutdown and protest in the following areas in the second phase of “sham elections”:
Solina,SD Colony Batmaloo, Ziarat Batmaloo, Shaheed Gunj, Karan Nagar, Chattabal,Qamarwari,Bemina East, Bemina West,Nund Resh Colony, Parimpora,Zainakote, Lawaypora,Tankipora,Habba Kadal,Barbarshah, Fteh Kadal, Munawarabad, Fteh Kadal,Langate, Kunzar, Sumbal, Watergam Chrar-e-Shareef, Beerwah, Margam Yaripora, Frisal, Anantnag, Bijbehara
“People will show their total disconnect and dismissal of them by staying away and boycotting this drama,” said the JRL comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik.
The second phase of municipal elections is being held Wednesday this week in the state.
