Food Safety Deptt destroys 112 kgs adulterated spices in Kupwara

Srinagar : A team of Food Safety Department inspected various food business operators in Kupwara town during which 112 kilograms of adulterated spices and food sold in unhygienic conditions were destroyed.
Commissioner Food Safety J&K had deputed Mobile Testing Laboratory along with a team to Kupwara for the inspections.
The checking squad inspected 135 food business establishments and conducted 25 tests on- spot of different food ite The team lifted one sample of milk for analysis.
