A Punjab resident crushed to death by train in central Kashmir

Srinagar: A Punjab resident was crushed to death by a train in the city outskirts on Srinagar-Badgam track on Thursday afternoon, official sources said.
They said 28-year-old Arjun Kumar, son of Basant Ram, resident of Pathankote, Punjab died on the spot when a train crushed him at Wanabal, Rawalpora in the city outskirts.
Police has registered a case and initiated proceedings, they said.
