Kulgam/July, 7:A teenager girl was among the three civilians killed on Saturday in South Kashmir’s kulgam district after government forces opened fire on protesters. Five people were also injured in the firing.
Locas said that forces opened fire on protesters who pelted stones on them in Hawoora area of Redwani.
All the injured were taken to nearby Primary Health Centre (PHC) Frisal where three among them were declared brought dead, they said.
The deceased have been identified as Shakir Ahmad Khanday (22) son of Mohd Hussain Khanday, Irshad Ahmad (20) son of Abdul Majeed and Andleeb (16) daughter of Ali Mohammad.
