Srinagar: Three troopers and a civilian were injured after suspected militants tossed a grenade on deployed forces in Fathekadal area of Srinagar city.
A police official said that a grenade was lobbed at deployed forces that exploded with a bang. The blast resulted into the minor injuries of three CRPF personnel and a lady civilian.
The area was cordoned off and a search was launched to nab the assailants. Fathekadal area witnessed massive clashes between youth and Forces after the death of local youth Qaisar Bhat who was mowed down by a CRPF vehicle yesterday.
