Srinagar: Stone pelting incidents on Thursday forced a shutdown for the second consecutive day in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district .
Reports said that youth hurled stones on shops and public vehicles Thursday morning,f orced shutdown in the area.
They said that life had returned to normal when suddenly a group of youth assembled near Bus Stand Tral and hurled stones on shops and public transport.
Following the incident, shopkeepers downed their shutters and traffic disappeared from the roads.
Wednesday this week, 50 female students of GDC Tral fainted during clashes with forces. The students were protesting against the Kathua rape and murder case.
