Pulwama/April,7: Thousands of people Saturday morning throngrf Delipira village of Pulwama district and attended the funeral prayers of militant Mussavir Wani killed Friday this week in a brief shootout in Kangan area of the district.
An eye witness said that the funeral prayers were held at Industrial Estate, Delipora which were attended by thousands of people.
People from adjoining villages and other far flung areas of the district marched to the village to offer the prayers, reports said.
Meanwhile, authorities have imposed strict restrictions in the district. Clashes were reported from several areas of the district.
