Pulwama: An awareness-cum-orientation program for budding entrepreneurs was held here Saturday at DC office complex.
Inskills Pulwama in collaboration with JKEDI organized the awareness program in which Deputy Commissioner Pulwama Ghulam Mohammad Dar was the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion, DDC appreciated the organizers for conducting the program and said these programs are need of the hour.
He said in the current changing economic scenario one should learn the desired skills and craft in such a way so as to easily find job in the market as per demand.
The program also aimed at providing awareness about various programs and schemes taken up by various departments, so that the youth can opt for these schemes and open their income generating units.
Nodal officer EDI, other concerned officials and a number of unemployed youths were present on the occasion.
