Baramulla/March,29: : Property worth lakhs of rupees has been destroyed in a fire, which broke out at a house of old town in Baramulla official sources said.
They said the blaze spread to adjoining areas, damaging three houses and other goods on late Wednesday night.
Fire tenders from different parts of the town were pressed in service to douse the flames.
The cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained, the sources added.
