Srinagar: Hurriyat (M) chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Tuesday said that even after passing of eighteen years into the Chattisinghpora massacre the accused continued to be at large and justice remains elusive for the victim families.
“Despite passing of 18 years into the tragedy of Chattisnghpora massacre the accused in the tragedy continue to be at large while as justice eludes the families of 35 families whose dear ones were killed in the act,” Mirwaiz wrote on his Twitter handle. “The accused in the Pathribal killings are scot free and the formation of commission proved only a farce,” wrote Mirwaiz.
