Jammu: Chief minister Mehbooba Mufti on Saturday wished opposition party leader Omar Abdullah on his birthday.
In her message to Omar on social networking website, Twitter, Mehbooba wrote: “Best wishes to @OmarAbdullah on his birthday today”. He said shelling from both the sides was going on when last reports were received, however, there was no immediate report of any casualty.
There has been a recent escalation along the LoC prompting civilian population to migrate towards safer locations.
