Evacuation of cross-border firing victims: Core Group constituted for coordination

Rajouri: Chairman District Legal Services Rajouri Shehzad Azeem constituted a core group to be headed by Chief Judicial Magistrate for better coordination with District Administration for timely evacuation of victims of cross border firing. The group was constituted on the direction of Executive Chairman J&K State Legal Services Authority Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar.
Soon after its formation, members of core group including Sub judge Nowshera and Secretary Legal Services Authority Rajouri along with senior officers of district administration visited relief camps established in Nowshera and interacted with inmates of camps.
A temporary Legal Aid Clinic was also opened in the relief camps by the core group for any kind of legal service required by the people living in camps. The clinic will be manned by Para Legal Volunteers including Rahul Sharma and Ankush Sharma.
