Jammu:Union Secretary, Drinking Water & Sanitation, Parameswaran Iyer, who is on a visit to winter capital, called on the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti here Wednesday.
The Union Secretary briefed the Chief Minister about the schemes and allocations of his Ministry about the State.
The Chief Minister impressed upon , Iyer to enhance the funds allocations to the State owing to less precipitation during current winter which may result into more demands of drinking water and irrigation facilities in the State.
