Jammu: Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura Saturday informed the Legislative Assembly that the farmers are being provided farm machinery, implements/equipment involving subsidy under various Centrally Sponsored Schemes through J&K State Agro Industries Development Corporation Ltd on approved rates.
The Minister was replying to a question of legislator Sukhnandan Choudhary in the legislative assembly.The Minister informed the House that farmers of the state are not forced to buy agriculture equipment of any particular brand comparatively on higher rates.
