New Delhi/Feb,1:Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday during his budget speech in the parliament announced the enhancement in the emoluments of the President, Vice President and state Governors to Rs 5 lakh, Rs 4 lakh and Rs 3.5 lakh respectively.
