Srinagar: Shutdown is being observed in twin districts of Shopian and Pulwama in south Kashmir Monday for the fifth consecutive day against civilian killings.
Reports said that all shops and other commercial establishments are closed in the districts and traffic is off the roads. Monday’s shutdown is being observed against the killing of two civilians in army firing in Ganowpora village of Shopian on Saturday.
