Man Passes Away On Way To Hospital Near Karan Nagar
Srinagar | October, 16: A 45-year-old man from Bemina died after suffering a heart attack while riding his scooty near Karan Nagar in Srinagar on Friday.
Officials said the man collapsed on the road near the cremation ground crossing in Karan Nagar. Eyewitnesses spotted him lying unconscious and immediately rushed him to SMHS Hospital Srinagar, where doctors declared him brought dead.
The deceased was identified as Bilal Ahmad Ahanger, son of Ghulam Ahmad Ahanger and a resident of Gousia Colony, Bemina. Police officials confirmed that preliminary inquest proceedings indicate the death was caused by a sudden cardiac arrest, and the body was handed over to the family following legal formalities.
