Srinagar | October, 14: The School Education Department on Wednesday ordered a change in school timings for all government and private schools across the Kashmir region from October 15.
The Director School Education Kashmir (DSEK) ordered that schools falling within the Srinagar municipal limits shall function from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, officials said.
However, schools located outside the Srinagar municipal limits shall function from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm. DSEK stated that these orders and instructions must be adhered to strictly by all concerned institutions without any deviation, sources added.
