KPDCL announces Power shutdown in Kashmir parts

SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 07: Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL has informed that the Shutdown of 33 kV Alasteng Nagbal (Gadoora Tapline) will be observed due to which power supply to Fethapora, Gadoora, Tulbagh, Shairpathri, Kachan and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 08 September 2026.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 kV Kanipora-Keller line will be observed due to which power supply to Keller, Gatipora, Moshward, Maspora, Kathahalan, Kanipora, Ganowpora, Nadpora, Balapora, Drabgam, Shadimarg, Sangerwani, Dompora and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 10 & 14 September 2026.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 kV Budgam line will be observed due to which power supply to Budgam, Sabdan, Nasrullahpora, Jawalapora, Town, Ompora, SIDCO Housing Colony, Railway Station, Budgam, NIFT and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 10 September 2026.

Further, shutdown of 33 kV Lisser Kokernag line will also be observed due to which power supply to Kokernag, Vailoo, Dandipora & adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 09 & 14 September 2026.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 kV Lisser Hillar line will be observed due to which power supply to Hiller, Shankerpora, Larkipora, Aarkashipora and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 12 September 2026.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 kV Lisser Dooru line will be observed due to which power supply to Dooru, Verinag, Hiller, Chowgund and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 14 & 17 September 2026.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 kV Mattan Gopalpora line will be observed due to which power supply to Gopalpora, Kheribal, Kawarigam and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 15 September 2026.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 kV Mattan Achabal line will be observed due to which power supply to Achabal, Shangus, Nowgam, Khundroo, Cherpora and Adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 19 September 2026.
