Srinagar, Sep 1: Inspector General of Police, Kashmir, Sujit Kumar, IPS on Tuesday called on Chief Minister Omar Abdullah at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar, following his recent assumption of charge as head of Kashmir Zone.
