The upcoming season will feature six franchises — United Elegant FC, Sanctorum United, Aqua Kashmir Avengers FC, Swift Strikers Rainawari FC, Athwas India XI FC and New JK United FC — competing for the prestigious Kashmir Super League title.
Khyber Cement, the title sponsor of the league, continues to play a key role in supporting the tournament and its vision of strengthening the football ecosystem in Jammu & Kashmir. The league is powered by Athwas Retail and Athwas Hyundai.
Following the success of its inaugural season, the second edition aims to raise the bar further by providing a structured and competitive platform for local footballers, while giving emerging talent an opportunity to share the field with experienced players and attract wider attention from scouts and football stakeholders.
The Kashmir Super League is also envisioned as more than just a football tournament. It seeks to channelise the positive energy of the region’s youth towards sports, create meaningful opportunities for aspiring footballers and further revive and strengthen the football culture of Kashmir.
With all six franchises on board and preparations progressing, the organisers expressed confidence that the upcoming season will be bigger, more competitive and professionally organised, delivering an exciting experience for players, franchises and football fans across Jammu & Kashmir.
