Baramulla : Police on Monday said it has arrested two individuals for drug trafficking bid in Baramull and also recovered contraband substance from their possession
In a statement issued here Police said that a Maruti Swift (JK05P-7750) was stopped during routine checking at Jeel Bridge Baramulla and during Personal searches of the occupants—Mohd Saleem Qureshi and Aijaz Ahmad Mir, both residents of Nambla, Uri 10 grams and 07 grams of a brown sugar-like substance were recovered from their possession. A case under the NDPS Act has been registered, and further investigation is underway.
