Srinagar : The Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) and the University of Kashmir (UoK) have formalized their collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at fostering cooperation in various academic and research domains.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Mahesh Tripathi, Director of RRU’s Jammu and Kashmir Campus, and Prof. (Dr.) Naseer Iqbal, Registrar of UoK, in the presence of key university officials, including the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Neelofar Khan. The MoU focuses on several areas of mutual interest, including joint research initiatives, exchange programs for students and faculty, internships, and credit transfers under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). Additionally, the partnership will encompass teacher training, consultation, and skill development in fields related to national security, behavioral and forensic science, law, police administration, and criminology. This collaboration represents a significant advancement in the academic and professional engagement between the two institutions, enhancing their research and extension activities.
