Srinagar: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, along with officers and staff of Lok Bhavan, on Saturday condoled the demise of Uttam Singh, a casual labourer with the Urban Forestry Department, Jammu, who was deputed at Lok Bhavan.
The Lieutenant Governor expressed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the family to bear the loss.A two-minute silence was also observed in memory of the deceased.
