Srinagar| July, 21: A patrol unit of the Emergency Response Support System (ERSS Dial-112) provided timely assistance to an 80-year-old woman injured in a road accident near the AG’s Office in Srinagar.
In a statement issued here on Wednesday, Police said an Emergency Response Vehicle spotted Ameena Begum, a resident of Dalgate, after she fell from a moving auto-rickshaw. The crew immediately rushed her to SMHS Hospital for treatment and notified her family, ensuring no delay in medical care. Police has appealed people to actively utilize the 24×7 Dial-112 integrated helpline for immediate assistance during emergencies.
