Panaji : The “Empowering India 2026” event, held in Goa from July 18 to 20, 2026, concluded with a valedictory ceremony that highlighted the participation of various educational institutions across the nation.
Prof. Shahid Rasool, Dean of Academic Affairs at the Central University of Kashmir (CUKashmir), accepted the Certificate of Participation on behalf of the university, along with certificates for the attending delegates. In his address, Prof. Rasool underscored the importance of such national platforms in fostering academic collaboration, research, and innovation among educational institutions, industry, and government entities. He noted that these events facilitate knowledge sharing, networking, and the opportunity to showcase the strengths of universities in research and academics. The event attracted participation from prominent higher educational institutions, including National Institutes of Technology (NITs), NCERT, and various government departments and agricultural institutions. Through exhibitions and interactive sessions, participants highlighted their academic programs, research accomplishments, and innovative practices. CUKashmir received positive feedback from students, academics, and government officials, who engaged with the university’s representatives and expressed appreciation for its academic offerings and research initiatives.
