Srinagar:Suspected militants hurled a grenade at police station Pulwama in South Kashmir on Friday.
Sources said that grenade exploded with a bang inside Tehsil office, adjacent to police station, damaged couple of parked vehicles there.
Reports said that at least two civilians and four policemen suffered injuries.
Shortly after the explosion, youth clashes with government forces. Reports said that local youth pelted stones on Forces who retaliated with tear-smoke shells. Locals said that Forces fired some rounds in air to disperse the stone-throwers.
The clashes disrupted normal life for hours in the district.
