Srinagar, June 30: The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) on Tuesday announced summer vacations for all government and recognized private schools up to Higher Secondary level across the Kashmir Division.
According to an order issued by the Director School Education Kashmir, all schools in the Valley shall observe summer vacation from July 6, 2026, to July 19, 2026.
The order states that the decision has been taken following approval conveyed by the competent authority.
The directive applies to all government as well as recognized private educational institutions functioning in the Kashmir Division up to the Higher Secondary level.
The concerned authorities have been asked to ensure strict implementation of the order.
