DC Kulgam reviews progress of JNV Mirhama construction works

Kulgam|June, 25:Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Shahzad AlamThursday  chaired a comprehensive review meeting to assess the progress of construction works at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Mirhama.

During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner took a detailed review of all ongoing construction components of the prestigious educational institution, including academic blocks, hostels, residential quarters, internal roads, utility infrastructure, water supply, electrification, boundary wall, landscaping and other allied works.

The executing agencies and concerned departments briefed the chair regarding the present status of works and the issues, if any, affecting the pace of execution.

The Deputy Commissioner directed the executing agencies and concerned departments to expedite the pace of work by deploying adequate manpower and resources while maintaining the highest standards of quality. He stressed the need for close coordination among all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the remaining works.

The meeting was attended by ADC , Joint Director Planning, representatives of executing agencies and other stakeholders associated with the project.
