Budgam | May, 24: Budgam Police on Sunday issued an advisory warning people against sharing photographs or identifying details of the minor girl found dead in the district.
Police said circulating the identity of a minor victim is prohibited under law and warned that strict legal action will be taken against anyone found posting or sharing such content on social media platforms.
Authorities also appealed people not to spread rumours or unverified information that could hamper the investigation or disturb public peace.
