To maintain cleanliness and avoid traffic congestion, the Deputy Commissioner directed the CEO Municipal Council and Tehsildar to ensure that sacrificial animals are not sold near the Main Jamia Masjid.

Further, all district and sectoral officers were directed to nominate nodal officers in their respective departments for regular monitoring and coordination during the festive period.

The CEO Municipal Council was directed to undertake extensive sanitation drives, including lime lining and cleaning of lanes, drains, areas around mosques and the Chowgan Ground (Eidgah).

The Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Department was directed to ensure uninterrupted supply of chlorinated drinking water to the town and adjoining areas, particularly at mosques and Chowgan Ground (Eidgah). Directions were also issued for the deployment of water tankers at Chowgan Ground, ITI and other required locations.

The Executive Engineer, JPDCL was directed to ensure an uninterrupted power supply during the auspicious days of Eid-ul-Azha.

The Chief Medical Officer was instructed to keep ambulances, medical teams and paramedical staff available at Chowgan Ground (Eidgah) and other major congregation points. The CMO was further directed to ensure that all PHCs, CHCs and Sub-Centres across the district remain functional round the clock during the festival.

Senior Superintendent of Police Naresh Singh, while outlining the responsibilities of the police administration, urged the Majlis-e-Shoura Committee to extend their support and coordination in maintaining brotherhood and ensuring the peaceful celebration of the auspicious Eid-ul-Azha festival across the district.
