New Delh: Attorney-General KK Venugopal on Saturday expressed hope that the crisis triggered off by virtual rebellion of four sitting judges of the Supreme Court would be over soon.
“Let’s hope everything goes down very well,” Mr Venugopal told reporters here.
The Attorney-General, government’s top legal mind, on Friday had called on the Chief Justice Dipak Misra shortly after four sitting judges Justice Jasti Chelameswar, flanked by Justices Ranjan Gogoi, Madan Lokur and Kurian Joseph said they wanted to put across their side to the media on the problems of administrative inadequacies in the court.
