Srinagar, April 18(KH): The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday ordered a major reshuffle in administrative responsibilities, assigning additional charge of key departments to senior IAS officer Dr. Piyush Singla.
As per Government Order No. 806-JK (GAD) of 2026, Dr. Singla, who is currently serving as Secretary in the Information Technology Department, will now also hold the charge of Administrative Secretary for the Transport Department as well as the Hospitality & Protocol Department. He is already managing additional responsibilities as Administrative Secretary of the Public Grievances Department.
The order stated that the arrangement is temporary and will remain in effect until Ms. Avny Lavasa resumes her du ties(KH)
