*Honourable Minister for Health and Medical Education UT of J&K Inaugurates MRI Unit at GMC Anantnag. Also dedicated 3 modular operation theaters and a vitrectomy machine to the service of people*

Annatang, April 03: Honorable Health and Medical Education, School and Higher education and Social welfare Miss Sakina Itoo today inaugurated MRI Unit at GMC Anantnag. After receiving the MRI Unit ,GMC Anantnag became the first of the new medical colleges of UT of Jammu and Kashmir to get an advanced MRI Machine . The MRI Machine will be made operational soon and will be put in the active service of people. MRI Machine installation was a long pending demand of people of South Kashmir which finally gets fulfilled.

In addition to the MRI unit. The Honorable health minister also dedicated 3 modular operation theaters and a highly advanced platform for eye operation ( vitrectomy machine) to the people visiting GMC Anantnag.

GMC Anantnag principal Prof Dr Rukhsana Najeeb congratulated the people of South Kashmir and Pir Panjal region for getting these advanced facilities at the door step. She thanked the government for supporting GMC Anantnag at every step to come true to the expectations of the people of South Kashmir, Pir Panjal region and beyond.
