The DDC assessed the pace of execution, fund utilization and adherence to timelines.

He directed the departments for prompt submission of bills in respect of completed works to facilitate smooth financial progress and optimal utilization of allocated funds.

Emphasizing accountability and transparency, the DDC instructed officers to strictly ensure developmental works meet quality standards.

The DDC directed the departments concerned to coordinate closely with the Revenue authorities to resolve pending land matters at the earliest to avoid further delays.

Chief Planning Officer Ranjeet Thakur, ACD Akhil Sadotra, Chief Education Officer, Executive Engineers of PWD and other departments were present in the meeting, while some XENs and BDOs joined through virtual mode.
