Beerwah(B’gam) : Reroot Foundation of India, a registered non-profit organization, successfully organized a free Gynaecology Medical Camp in Beerwah, Budgam, under the leadership of Mr. Ghulam Mohd (Dilshad) Wani and Dr. Itender Singh Bali. The camp, supervised by senior gynaecologist Dr. Miss Zainab Drabu, provided essential healthcare services to approximately 50 women, including free medical consultations, basic diagnostic tests, and free medicines. The initiative focused on addressing prevalent women’s health issues such as menstrual disorders, reproductive health concerns, anaemia, infections, and general gynaecological problems. It also emphasized the importance of hygiene, preventive care, and early diagnosis of health complications. Many women from Beerwah and surrounding areas expressed their gratitude for the specialized healthcare services, particularly those who typically struggle to access expert medical consultation. The organizers reaffirmed their commitment to conducting similar outreach medical camps in rural and underserved regions to enhance women’s health and well-being. The camp concluded on a positive note, with the local community expressing appreciation and requesting more such initiatives in the future.
