Srinagar : In commemoration of the 77th Republic Day, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal Monday unfurled the tricolour at Town Hall Ganderbal.
The event was attended by Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Chief Executive Officer Municipal Council Ganderbal, and other officers and officials of the council.
Addressing the gathering, the DC extended heartfelt greetings to the people on the occasion of Republic Day and highlighted the significance of the Constitution in upholding democratic values, unity, and integrity of the nation.
He called upon officers and officials to work with dedication, transparency, and commitment for effective public service delivery.
On the occasion, the DC also distributed sweets among the participants as a mark of celebration.
