Srinagar : A court in Srinagar has issued a proclamation notice against a doctor from south Kashmir’s Qazigund area in connection with the Delhi blast case that claimed nearly a dozen lives and injured many others on November 10 near iconic Red Fort area.
According to court order, a copy of which lies with news agency—, the accused, Dr Muzaffar Ahmad Rather, has been directed to appear before the court on January 28, 2026 at 10:00 am sharp to answer the complaint.
The order states that despite warrants, Dr Rather could not be traced, forcing the court to proceed under the relevant provisions of the BNSS.
