DC Instructs for timely completion of the shrine development project
Kulgam: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan, Wednesday visited the revered shrine of Hazrat Noor Shah Wali Bagdadi (RA) at Kund, where he paid obeisance and reviewed the progress of ongoing construction and development works at the Ziyarat Shareef.
During the visit, the DC interacted with officers and stakeholders associated with the project and emphasized the timely completion of the works.
The DC directed the concerned executive engineering department to maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of the shrine development project with focus on preserving its religious & heritage significance.
He also instructed for expediting the pace of work so that improved facilities for devotees are made available at the earliest.
During the visit, the DC was accompanied by ADC, Viqar Ahmed Giri; ACR, Riyaz Ahmad Shah; Executive Engineer R&B, Shabir Ahmad Tak, Tehsildar, BDO and other officers.
