Consumers assured up to 40% optimisation in cloud spends for Indian businesses
Srinagar | August, 4:  Xtelify, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, has launched ‘Airtel Cloud’, a sovereign, telco-grade cloud platform designed to handle 140 crore transactions per minute for Airtel’s operations in India. This platform, hosted on sustainable data centers and managed by 300 certified cloud experts, offers Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and advanced connectivity. It ensures secure migration, effortless scaling, cost efficiency, and avoids vendor lock-ins, catering to the evolving needs of businesses in India. In addition, Xtelify introduced an AI-powered software platform aimed at simplifying operations for telecom companies globally. This platform addresses the entire telecom value chain, featuring a converged data engine for AI-driven insights, a Workforce platform for real-time task management, and an experience platform to enhance customer journey management. Xtelify has established three significant global partnerships. With Singtel, it will implement ‘Xtelify Work’, an enterprise-grade platform that enhances productivity through AI capabilities for field teams in Singapore. In collaboration with Globe Telecom, Xtelify will deploy ‘Xtelify Serve’ in the Philippines, aimed at improving customer experience through omni-channel service assurance and intelligent operations. Lastly, with Airtel Africa, Xtelify will provide its software platforms, empowering a 150,000-strong field team across 14 countries with market insights and enhancing customer engagement. Gopal Vittal, Vice Chairman and MD of Bharti Airtel, emphasized the importance of these developments in transforming services and enhancing customer experience. He highlighted the significance of Airtel Cloud in enabling digital innovations and ensuring data security within India. Executives from Singtel and Globe Telecom expressed their enthusiasm for the partnerships, noting the potential for improved efficiency, customer service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
