Srinagar | : Police on Tuesday said that it has destroyed Wild Cannabis at village Kaigam, Awantipora.
In a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar Police said that a police party of Police Post Toll Plaza, led by Sub Inspector Muneer Ahmad, destroyed approximately three Kanals of Wild Cannabis in Village Kaigam Awantipora. Stating that the action received positive feedback from local residents, who expressed their appreciation and encouraged authorities to extend similar efforts to surrounding areas Police in its statement reiterated its commitment to foster a drug-free society and appealed peoplr to report any illegal cultivation or drug-related activities in their communities.
