G’bal | : The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference held a youth convention in Beehama, Ganderbal, where Advocate Usman Yaqoob was officially appointed as the new District Youth President.
The event attracted a large number of enthusiastic youth workers, party members, and local supporters, creating an atmosphere filled with energy and optimism. Provincial President Mushtaq Ahmad Mir praised Usman Yaqoob’s leadership qualities, highlighting his dedication, education, and vision. Mir emphasized that Usman’s appointment reflects the party’s commitment to empowering youth and preparing them for future responsibilities. A traditional Dastaarbandi ceremony was conducted to honor Usman, receiving enthusiastic applause from the attendees. In his inaugural address, Usman Yaqoob expressed gratitude to the party leadership for their trust in him and committed to advocating for the welfare and representation of Ganderbal’s youth. He pledged to act as a bridge between the youth and the party, ensuring their voices are heard. The convention concluded with a collective commitment among participants to enhance the National Conference’s engagement with the younger generation, recognizing their vital role in the region’s political landscape.
