DC inspects progress of ongoing work on GMC Udhampur

Udhampur : Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai Monday conducted a comprehensive inspection of the ongoing construction work at the new Government Medical College in Bailey.
During the visit, the DC meticulously reviewed each construction component, assessed the current progress and emphasized resolving bottlenecks, if any, affecting the project’s execution.
The DC urged the executing agency to adopt a double-shift work schedule with heightened enthusiasm and synergy, aiming to meet the project’s completion within the designated timeframe.
Emphasizing the efficient mobilization of available resources, the DC directed the executing agencies to work productively to achieve optimal results. The DC asked Principal GMC to closely coordinate with the executing agency to accelerate the pace of the construction work.
Among others, Principal GMC Udhampur, Executive Engineers PWD and PHE and other officers were accompanying the DC.
