Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday order transfers and postings of over 100 officers in civil administration including Managing Director Managing Director JKPCC and Director General Youth Services and Sports. According to an order issued from General Administration Department (GAD) following transfers and postings have been ordered:=
