Dr. Gulnaz Choudhary, Medical Officer, Police Drug De-addiction Centre Channi, explained the psychological and physical dimensions of addiction and called it a treatable condition. Priyanka Kumari, Dy SP Police Component Jammu discussed the increasing role of digital platforms in drug trafficking and the significance of cyber surveillance.
